On the fifth floor of the building, on the same street, we have opened seven apartments. Different in their layout, these brand new, modern, bright and fully equipped apartments were built to make you feel at home. We also provide free parking space, wifi, and the added option of dining in our restaurant of international cuisine from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Lola’s apartments were designed with love and a specific care for detail, and they offer a modern, stylish twist to your ordinary apartments.
We have 4 family rooms, 2 apartments with a kitchen and 1 double room. There are a total of seven accommodation units which are designed to fit you specific needs. At your request, we can even organise for you to stay in one room within a bigger apartment.
Our apartments are equipped with their own bathroom with a shower. They all have AC, a flat-screen TV with cable and a mini bar. Any other necessary equipment will be provided by our staff at your request. Two of our apartments have a kitchen and a comfortable drawing room which will make you feel AT HOME. You are free to bring your pet with you, just make sure you give us a heads up!
We are partners with the sports centre Ole, which has opened the doors to its gym and many fitness programmes to our guests. Ole also offers its conference room to our guests. The conference room can be equipped with any technical equipment to your taste.
Within close distance, lies Shoppi Retail Park Borča, a huge mall that offers over 20 international and national brands. There you can find the most popular grocery store powerhouse in Europe - Lidl.
Whether you want to come to this part of Belgrade for a business trip, or during the holiday season; whether you are a company looking for a place for your employees to stay at, or a family member that’s come to town for a wedding and only wishes to stay the night; whether you want to celebrate your birthday, organise a bachelor’s or bachelorette party, chill out with your friends, or you are just a tourist who wants to visit this developing part of town, you can’t go wrong with Lola. At your request, we can organise the transfer from and to ‘Nikola Tesla’ airport, or even different tourist attraction tours if you wish so.
